FLÓK was born from Sharryn and Molly building a busy, well-established business through genuine connections and word of mouth. From the beginning, the vision was to create a welcoming community where both men and women feel they truly belong to the FLÓK — whether they come in for a treatment, a coffee, a conversation, or simply to see a friendly face.

FLÓK is about more than helping people feel good on the outside; it’s about ensuring every person feels valued, heard, and cared for on the inside too.

Skipton, known as the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and rich in heritage as a historic sheep town, proudly celebrates its past through long-standing traditions and events. Inspired by our surroundings, we chose a name that reflects not only the landscape and history of Skipton, but also the close-knit, exceptional business we have carefully grown.

Meet the Team

Sharryn

FLÓK Founder, Business Owner and Injector

With over three decades of nursing experience, Sharryn began her career at Guy’s Hospital in the early 1990s before moving to Great Ormond Street Hospital, caring for some of the sickest children. She later found her calling in Accident & Emergency, progressing to Advanced Nurse Specialist. Those years shaped her calm, compassionate approach and deep commitment to helping others. Around 15 years ago, she transitioned into medical aesthetics, a natural progression given her procedural expertise and fine motor skills, driven by a lifelong belief that caring for people is her purpose.

What began as an extension of her clinical work quickly became a passion. Sharryn is dedicated to teaching and mentoring other medical professionals and believes knowledge should be shared. As part of the VIVACY Faculty Team, she delivers regular training, works closely with DermaFocus, and specialises in polynucleotides and regenerative medicine, always ensuring evidence guides her practice. As an Independent Nurse Prescriber, she is proud to champion safety, ethics and patient care, while supporting and nurturing other nurses as they grow in skill and confidence.

Her aesthetic philosophy centres on natural, subtle results that help people look refreshed and confident, never overdone. She is known for her honesty, refusing treatments that are not right for a patient, and has a special interest in menopause and supporting women who feel disconnected from their appearance. Above all, she values personal connection, getting to know her patients, hearing their stories and building genuine relationships. With advanced training in anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and complementary procedures including Profhilo, chemical peels, HIFU, microneedling and PRP therapy, she delivers truly personalised care.

Molly

Clinic Owner and Injector

Growing up, Molly was inspired by watching her mum help others to feel confident and look their best. This sparked her own passion for aesthetics and a desire to make a difference.

Following in her mums footsteps, Molly has been training at university to become a qualified nurse, she has had the privilege of 1:1 training with her mum, Sharryn, the founder of FLÓK Aesthetics. Molly has been learning from the best since 2022.

A true perfectionist with a kind and warm heart, Molly has a natural talent for making people feel at ease. She is approachable, skilled, and dedicated to helping you look and feel amazing.

Abbie

Clinic Manager

Abbie began her career in beauty therapy as a senior spa therapist, specialising in skin and massage therapy. With a strong background in client care, she understands how thoughtful service and attention to detail can truly shape a client’s experience.

Now as Clinic Manager, Abbie brings a warm, friendly, and highly organised approach to everything she does. She believes the client journey starts well before stepping into the treatment room and takes pride in creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the very first interaction.

With customer service at the heart of her role, Abbie looks forward to greeting you and ensuring every visit to Flok feels relaxed, professional, and effortless from start to finish.
